Model Images I Created While Speaking in Calgary 2013

While speaking and teaching a workshop in Calgary this month, I talked about secrets to seeing and thinking more creatively, showed how to light women so that they don’t need retouching, we talked about pricing and sales, and I also demonstrated my fast workflow for Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, and how to move your images through those programs even faster.

For the workflow section, I shot this model in the hotel’s lobby, then worked the images in front of the group. Here are two of my favorites.

This first image was taken right in the lobby using the couch and lights as a background, and the second image is on the opposite wall.

I finished these using my various products like Edgy Edges, Contessa Fleurs, Swag Bag Textures, and Power Pack Actions available from the online store. Here’s a before an after.

I had a great time in Calgary and met some wonderful people. I appreciate that group having me up to speak and I wish everyone well in their businesses. If you’d like to see me speak or attend a week-long workshop, check out my upcoming schedule.

Until next time, America.
